What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We ship for free in the United States. International orders are handled on a case-to-case basis. Should you wonder about specific shipping for your country, please email inquiry@charmsake.com and we will do our best to estimate delivery fees.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we can accept payment via PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Once you order, the design and creation process can take up to six weeks. This is due to the high standards we place upon our finished products. When the order is completed, we will ship 2-day via USPS or FedEx.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use up-to-date security technology to process your order. This ensures your data is safely transmitted, and your card number is never kept stored in our system.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive confirmation of your order and a receipt via email.
